Before Placing Order

1.I want a flawless Jewelry?

Our advice is "try to buy authentic Jewelry". No factory produced Jewelry is flawless. You should start comparing the prices of products. Let's say you want a pair of "CT Love Bracelet" that cost about $10,000 for an authentic Jewelry and about $100 for a high-end . Would you expect it to be flawless? Flawless, albeit in a very small way. Metal material and density cannot be copied. However,The appearance of the jewelry is 1:1 are very close to the genuine article, perhaps 95-98%.

2.What currencies do you support?

We accept USD, EUR, GBP, AUD and CAD and you can switch currencies anytime.

3.WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE?

For most of Jewelry: packed with dust bag. They are not packed with original box because the original box will increase the transportation cost in the end. If you need the original box, please buy it separately original box.

WHEN PLACING ORDER

1.HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Choose the items you like and add them to cart-> use coupon and check out-> fill in the shipping address and email-> complete payment and you will receive a confirmation email shortly(check SPAM box if you can’t see it normally)

2.WHEN CAN YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

Normally order will be shipped with around 2-3 working days. However, in peak season, it may take up to 5-7 working days, we will keep you informed if any delays happened.

3.WHEN CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We ship orders via fast dedicated air shipping lines to USA,Canada and most of EU Countries. ETA is about 7-18 working days (It depends on the product you purchased and the shipping method you choose)

4.CAN YOU PACK ALL OF MY BAGS TOGETHER?

When you order multiple products, the orders can come from different designers. In this case, it could happen that you will receive your products in different packages and at different times.

5.WILL I PAY CUSTOMS DUTY?

Normally you won’t. We will declare each bag less than 20usd and mark it as gift. if you want to avoid duty fees, please select the shipping option with (Incl. TAX), We have sent over 10,000 parcels on 2020 and 99.7% of them passed custom without problem.

6.HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once we shipped your order, you will receive an email with tracking number(check your SPAM folder if you haven’t found it). tracking site: 17track.net/en/

AFTER SHIPPING

1.HOW TO CANCEL THE ORDER OR MODIFY THE ADDRESS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER?

If you need to cancel your order before it is shipped, you can contact customer service staff and they will help solve the problem.

2.IF THE PARCEL GET LOST HALFWAY, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

International shipping is not 100% controable, about 0.03% of our parcels might get lost and we will offer you following solutions if it’s lost: 1) sending you a new parcel right away. 2)making full refund to you right away.

3.IF I DON'T RECEIVE WHAT I ORDERED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

First you need to check the tracking number on the parcel, compare it to the tracking number on our website and see whether they are same.
If they are same they please take photos for the tracking lable and the products you received. We will offer you solutions in 24 hours.

4.WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY?

If the goods are damaged during delivery, you can contact customer service personnel and they will assist in solving the problem.

5.HOW TO USE PURCHASED ITEMS?

Users can view the instructions and precautions for use of the product and use the product correctly according to the instructions. At the same time, if you encounter problems during use, you can contact customer service staff for help.

1 .How to Properly Care Your Jewelry?

A :Do and Don'ts

Use a cotton cloth or facial tissue to remove the dirt and sweat after wearing.

Use a (transparent) display box or flannel dust-proof bag to store the ring.

Use contton cloth dipped with silver washing water If it has been oxidized and turned black, or use a soft-bristled brush with toothpaste to scrub it, and dry it with a cotton cloth after washing.

Don't wear the jewelry during bath and sleep.

Don't wear the jewelry while swimming, especially in the sea due to high causticity.

Don't directly contact with sulfur and other chemicals when wearing it, as it is easy to cause chemical reactions to cause discoloration of the jewelry.

Don't wear multiple mental jewelry together to avoid collision, deformation, or abrasion, and keep it in a state of zero contact with other hard objects.

2.Are you a scammer ? ( This is a real important question, no jokes, there are many people ask us this question)

But I think you are asking a wrong person! If you suspecting a thief, and ask “are you a thief?”, what do you think the answer would be? The best thing you can do is start making judgment from many aspects of the website, the profile, the updates, testimony, rep forums, people.

3.It’s very nice I can add you by WhatsApp or Wechat and also the livechat, but sometimes I got no response. And sometimes late reply on email I sent.

Please kindly remember, we are in different side of our planet sometimes. Please refer to our time zone before you judge this. Our working hour is based on Chinese time zone. Sometimes we have overload emails or chats to respond as well, please be kindly patient. But one thing for sure: you will get reply for sure.

4.I want to pay by Visa / Mastercard credit card but I can’t find the payment option.

We are not always able to accept credit card payments.

Visa, Mastercard, Amex and the main banks do not accept our products and it is very difficult to manage credit card payments.

In the past we have had to change several payment gateways to solve various payment problems (blocked accounts, frozen funds, continuous requests for documents, coverage stores, etc.).
